After reading style blogs for a few months, I felt like getting in on the fun. Keeping this blog was the jolt of inspiration I needed to help take me out of my jeans-and-a-T-shirt rut. My goals were to dress up, dress my age, look put together, and have fun with style, all on a miniscule budget.

Born and bred in Los Angeles, CA, I graduated from college in 2011 and worked this past year in an Elementary school in South Central LA. I just relocated to Boston, MA to start my Master's degree in Religious Studies (the historical and social aspects of religion; I'm not cut out for ministry and the like!), and hope to go on to get my PhD.
I love pugs, cooking, reading, learning, yoga, and looking at style blogs. :)
